CSS Naked day has taken over this site. Remember that I have installed a plugin to take care of ensuring that the style sheet won’t be used during the day of April 9th (one international day – could appear to be 48 hours). Its just a way to promote awareness about the importance of design for everyone. This is the way that a text reader would see my site and, thus, read it to a sight-impaired person, for example.

Read about why I’ve been doing this along with many others here.

Damn! Listed on Google in less than a minute! The googlebot LIVES on my site. I should really go over to the dark side and monetize this bitch.

On the other hand modern browsers do have this ability to render pages without the style so I would say this is not necessary in the main.

But the point about simplicity is well taken.

Yea, I was going to say CSS has changed drastically over the past 5 years from when this Meme actually started, and modern browsers can handle it regardless.

    A pointless meme IMO.

XHTML: You can use these tags: <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <cite> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> <strong>

Most of the traditional smiley text shortcuts will work as well
