Ange and I went to see a little place in Fredericton today and we decided that we liked the vibe that the landlord was giving off, so we agreed to rent it. This means that the apartment/house/dwelling hunt is over for now. We can move in July and we’re likely to spend less on rent/heat/lights than we do now. We’ll see how it goes, while the credit continues to rebuild to a mortgageable point…

Actually, James, that’s been the great thing about the last few places that we’ve rented from! We have our own boxes and we have been aloowed to live out of them, even inside the rental properties! Amazing, I know!

I haven’t worried about that so far. My landlord’s good people. I’m sad to have to move, but I’m happy for why they want us out.
